Cam-Friction insulated panels

Cam-friction panels provide superior insulation and thermal efficiency, making them ideal for commercial cold rooms, industrial freezers, and all types of refrigerated food storage. They are designed to meet the custom needs of controlled environments. These panels are widely used for custom-built cold rooms, freezers, refrigerators, and cold storage facilities.

Modular Polyurethane insulated panels

These insulated panels are made from closed-cell polyurethane, a preferred material for constructing food-grade cold rooms and refrigerated warehouses. This structure prevents moisture buildup and ensures a high thermal value per inch. Panels are available in 3″, 4″, or 5″ thicknesses, in half-inch increments, and can be manufactured with hinges for installations up to 18 feet high.

The panels contain no organic materials, eliminating the risk of mold or deformation. Each panel consists of two galvanized steel sheets, in 26 or 24 gauge, coated with white polyester enamel.

The cam-friction locking system creates a secure seal against water and vapor infiltration, meeting the demands of various environments. Additionally, the elimination of thermal bridges ensures effective insulation and helps reduce energy costs.
